I am a social worker teacher in college from Taiwan, and the Chairman of the board of Taiwan Action Research Association for developing the helping professional communities building and training the reflective practitioners. I get the PhD. in the Department of Psychology of Fu-jen University at 2016. However, the most meaningful thing for my life is to get involved in Taiwan social movement. To be one of the founders and worker of Collective of Sex Workers and Supporters (http://coswas.org/ ) makes me get committed on the path of social , cultural and political transformation.
During these few years, I support and join the developing of a political community building, the People’s Democratic Front (PDF) , the organizers from different groups, including People without citizen rights (e.g. undocumented migrants and migrant workers, stateless persons, refugees etc.), Victims of Occupational Injuries, COSWAS, LGBT in alliance with the Poor, Rank-and-File Nurses, Teachers from Democracy Education etc, collaboratively and collectively learn how to transform and subvert the undemocratic power relations between the electorates and the elected by encouraging every citizen to run for elections so as to fundamentally change the current political system in Taiwan. How to develop myself and the others becoming good reflective practitioners, I will keep learning to work and play in the tool-and–result methodology with the communities friends.
