I am a clinical psychologist. I am the Director of both the Saratoga Center for Social Therapy and River Bend Psychological Services, P.C. I am also the Principal partner in Sulkin Woolfe Development, LLC, a real estate development company. I helped to establish the Saratoga Center for Social Therapy in 1997 and ICOCOS, a nonprofit cultural organization, in 1998. I received my MA and PhD in Psychology from Emory University (Atlanta, GA) with a focus in both clinical psychology and cognitive neuropsychology. I received my Internship Certificate from the Albany Medical Center (Albany, NY), and my Post-Graduate Training Certificate from the East Side Institute for Group and Short Term Psychotherapy (New York, NY). I have held administrative, supervisory, teaching and consulting positions in the public, academic and private sectors. I have led workshops in Atlanta, New York City and upstate New York since 1986. I began the study and practice of Buddhist and Zen Buddhist methodology in my teens, and I have been teaching meditation as part of my clinical practice since 1988. I have been teaching my version of Zen methodology as a “life practice” since 1997.
