I am an organizer for adult learners. I have been working in a community-based adult school, Ludi Community University, for 18 years. My colleagues are working for organizing the environment for the adult learners in which learners would have a chance to transform their learning activity from individual growth into community development.

During my working history in Ludi, I encountered the serious struggle of the modernist paradigm limitation, both politically and emotionally. As a revolutionary in a consumption society, my work required me to develop a better method to do organizing in learning activities. Participating the International Class helped me to see deeper into what is happening in adult learning, and eventually I realized the revolutionary nature of the learning activities. For an open adult learner, the Learning could be a very radical revolution, not only in individual growth but also in the collective level — like politically and culturally.
