Life continues, despite the diagnosis of dementia, so learn how to support yourself and others to share in loving and ever-changing conversations and experiences. The workshop will include an interactive presentation by Inspired Memory Care co-founders, Nettie Harper and Kelly Gilligan, and an introduction to play, performance and development from Institute faculty and social therapeutics experts Mary Fridley and Susan Massad, MD.

Explore and experience new ways of creating growthful and evolving partnerships with loved ones and clients living with dementia. We’ll discuss cognitive change, strengths- and performance-based communication, as well as approaches to creating independence and intimacy throughout the dementia experience.

This is a 4 Contact Hour CEU Event and is open to both professional and non-professional care-partners.
