The Institute is proud to join as a co-sponsor the NYC theatrical premiere of the social-action film documentary,Healing Voices, on Saturday, May 13. Healing Voices explores the experience labeled, “psychosis” and seeks to generate healing and hopeful community dialogue on mental health. The afternoon includes a post-screening Q&A with producers PJ Moynihan and Oryx Cohen; executive producer Gayle Berg; Institute Director Lois Holzman and a representative from Hearing Voices NYC.

Other co-sponsors include community based groups working to generate broad community dialogue around mental health issues and include: Columbia Arts Access, #EmergingProud, Hearing Voices NYC, the International Society for Psychological and Social Approaches to Psychosis / US, and the International Spiritual Emergence Network.
